Project overview
Clients needed frictionless journeys from invite to event. On top of that, the internal team faced challenges in building complex, custom registration sites quickly using outdated HTML methods.
Challenges
Each client project starts with a kickoff to understand goals, concerns, and brand standards. Using UX principles, I design intuitive registration flows to reduce drop-offs and increase engagement. Internally, I saw the need to streamline the build process, so I created a custom web development widget library.
This widget library acts as a foundation for my team, allowing them to seamlessly add custom code—dates, labels, text—without reinventing the wheel. By integrating these templates with Cvent, the team drastically reduced development time, expediting the registration build process by 40%. This efficiency ensured that the team could focus more on crafting user-centric experiences.
